 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2392

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2392, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 347,  line  20  by  changing  "29,919,300"  to
 5    "23,019,300"; and

 6    on page 373, by inserting after line 5 the following:

 7        "Section  9.1.  The sum of $5,500,000, or so much thereof
 8    as may be necessary, is appropriated  to  the  Department  of
 9    Corrections  from  the General Revenue Fund for operations of
10    the Ed Jenison Work Camp at Paris.".
