 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2392

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2392, on page 397,
 3    line 23,by inserting between liens 31 and 32 the following:
 4    "For restoration of expenses to operate at
 5      FY 02 levels.................................  2,717,000";

 6    and on page 422, by inserting between  lines  3
 7    and 4 the following:

 8    "For restoration of expenses to operate at
 9      FY 02 levels................................. $6,727,200";

10    and  on page 427, by inserting between lines 21
11    and 22 the following:

12    "For costs associated with maintaining
13      staffing levels..............................   $145,700".
