 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2392

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2392, on page 141,
 3    by inserting between lines 27 and 28 the following:

 4    "For costs associated with a wage increase
 5      to homemakers to provide care to recipients
 6      of services under the Community Care Program. $17,400,000";

 7    and  on  page  399,  by  inserting  immediately
 8    before Section 12 the following:

 9    "For additional compensation paid to the
10      personal care attendants and other
11      individuals who provide care to
12      recipients of services under the Home
13      Services Program pursuant to Section 3
14      of the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation
15      Act payable from the General Revenue Fund.... $3,000,000".
