1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 931
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 931 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT in relation to facilities for the Appellate Court
5 for the Fourth Judicial District."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Supreme Court Building Act is amended by
9 adding Section 10 as follows:
10 (705 ILCS 15/10 new)
11 Sec. 10. Use, custody, and control of facilities for the
12 Appellate Court for the Fourth Judicial District. After
13 renovation of the building located at 201 West Monroe Street,
14 Springfield, Illinois (commonly known as the Waterways
15 Building) is completed, it shall be devoted to the uses of
16 the Appellate Court for the Fourth Judicial District. The
17 care, custody, and control of the building, when the
18 renovation is completed, shall be vested in the Supreme
19 Court.".
