 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 931

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 931 as follows:

 3    on page 1, by inserting after line 16 the following:

 4        "Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
 5    becoming law.".
