 1                 AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 137

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Resolution 137 on  page
 3    2, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following:

 4        "RESOLVED,  That  the Department shall develop a plan for
 5    conducting and completing this study and submit the  plan  to
 6    the Senate no later than November 1, 2001; and be it further

 7        RESOLVED,  That  the Department shall report its findings
 8    to the Senate no later  than  January  1,  2003;  and  be  it
 9    further".
