 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2155

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2155, AS  AMENDED,
 3    in  Section  5,  Sec. 4.1, below subsection (d), by inserting
 4    the following:
 5        "(e)  This  Section  does  not  apply  to   any   stadium
 6    structure  that contains more than 8,000 seats and is located
 7    in any home rule county.".
