 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2155

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2155  on  page  2,
 3    below line 19, by inserting the following:
 4        "(d)  The civil immunity in subsection (c) does not apply
 5    if  there  is willful or wanton misconduct outside the normal
 6    use of the off-road riding facility.".
