 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1982

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1982, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1,  on  page 2, line 17, by changing "Ten" to
 5    "Forty"; and

 6    on page 2, line 26, by inserting "first" after "used"; and

 7    on page 2, line  29,  by  inserting  after  "Department"  the
 8    following:

 9    "and then to pay the costs of dietary staff".
