 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 912

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 912,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 2, on page 14, line 9, before "all",  by  inserting  "the
 5    school boards of"; and

 6    on  page  17,  line  29,  after "Authority", by inserting "or
 7    borrowing from sources other than the State"; and

 8    on page 19, line 28, by replacing  "Code,"  with  "Code.  Tax
 9    anticipation  warrants  are considered borrowing from sources
10    other than the State and are".
