 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 449

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 449,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 6, on page 2, line 26,  after  "Assembly",  by  inserting
 5    "and through June 30, 2004"; and

 6    on  page  3,  line  12, after "paid", by inserting ", through
 7    June 30, 2004,"; and

 8    on page 3, line 15, by  replacing  "$38,500,000  $33,300,000"
 9    with the following:
10    "$38,500,000,  and, on and after July 1, 2004, there shall be
11    paid into the General Revenue  Fund  an  amount  which,  when
12    added to the amount paid into the Common School Fund for that
13    month, equals $33,300,000"; and

14    on  page  7,  line  19,  after  "Assembly", by inserting "and
15    through June 30, 2004".
