 1                  AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RESOLUTION 190

 2        AMENDMENT  NO.      .   Amend  House  Resolution  190  as
 3    follows:

 4    on page 1, line 27, after "commissioners", by inserting  "and
 5    municipalities"; and

 6    on  page 2, lines 7 and 8, by replacing "the first day of the
 7    fall 2001 veto session;" with "January 1, 2002;".
