1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the
8 General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent
9 expenses of the Prairie State 2000 Authority:
10 For Personal Services ........................ $ 269,700
11 For Employee Retirement Contributions
12 Paid by Employer............................. 10,800
13 For State Contributions to State
14 Employees' Retirement System................. 28,100
15 For State Contributions to
16 Social Security ............................. 20,500
17 For Contractual Services ..................... 153,100
18 For Travel ................................... 11,500
19 For Commodities .............................. 3,000
20 For Printing ................................. 5,000
21 For Equipment ................................ 2,000
22 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 13,800
23 For Telecommunications Services .............. 10,000
24 For Operation of Auto Equipment .............. 1,100
25 Total $528,600
26 Section 3b. The amount of $759,940, or so much thereof
27 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
28 business on June 30, 2002, from the reappropriation
29 heretofore made in Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3a
30 approved June 11, 2001, as amended, is reappropriated from

1 the General Revenue Fund to the Prairie State 2000 Authority
2 for training grants and loans to eligible employers entered
3 into during the 2001 fiscal year.
4 Section 3c. The amount of $457,356, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
6 business on June 30, 2002, from the reappropriation made in
7 Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3b, approved June 11,
8 2001, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
9 Prairie State 2000 Authority for training grants and loans to
10 eligible employers entered into during the 2000 fiscal year.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 2002.
