1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6071
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 6071, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "ARTICLE 1
6 Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much
7 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects
8 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the
9 General Revenue Fund to meet the ordinary and contingent
10 expenses of the Prairie State 2000 Authority:
11 For Personal Services ........................ $ 269,700
12 For Employee Retirement Contributions
13 Paid by Employer............................. 10,800
14 For State Contributions to State
15 Employees' Retirement System................. 28,100
16 For State Contributions to
17 Social Security ............................. 20,500
18 For Contractual Services ..................... 153,100
19 For Travel ................................... 11,500
20 For Commodities .............................. 3,000
21 For Printing ................................. 5,000
22 For Equipment ................................ 2,000

1 For Electronic Data Processing ............... 13,800
2 For Telecommunications Services .............. 10,000
3 For Operation of Auto Equipment .............. 1,100
4 Total $528,600
5 Section 3b. The amount of $759,940, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
7 business on June 30, 2002, from the reappropriation
8 heretofore made in Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3a
9 approved June 11, 2001, as amended, is reappropriated from
10 the General Revenue Fund to the Prairie State 2000 Authority
11 for training grants and loans to eligible employers entered
12 into during the 2001 fiscal year.
13 Section 3c. The amount of $457,356, or so much thereof
14 as may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
15 business on June 30, 2002, from the reappropriation made in
16 Public Act 92-8, Article 91, Section 3b, approved June 11,
17 2001, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the
18 Prairie State 2000 Authority for training grants and loans to
19 eligible employers entered into during to the 2000 fiscal
20 year.
21 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
22 July 1, 2002.".
