 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5654

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  5654  on  page  1,
 3    below line 27, by inserting the following:
 4        "The   protocol   shall  not  interfere  with  reasonable
 5    attempts to preserve life, attempt resuscitation, or  provide
 6    necessary medical services.".
