 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4448

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4448 as follows:

 3    on page 1, line 7, by replacing "vehicles"  with  "carriers";
 4    and

 5    on page 1, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
 6    "The  Department  shall  prohibit any person from operating a
 7    commercial motor vehicle that has received a final".
