 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4118

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4118 on page 1,  by
 3    replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following:
 4    "warehousers.  The  Department  shall charge a fee of $10 for
 5    issuing a certificate of free sale,  health  certificate,  or
 6    equivalent.".
