 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4118

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 4118 on page 4,  by
 3    replacing lines 9 through 14 with the following:
 4        "The  Department  shall, by rule, establish a schedule of
 5    fees for permit applications, permits,  and  permit  renewals
 6    for  food manufacturers, processors, packers, and warehouses.
 7    All"; and

 8    on page 4, by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following:
 9        "The Department is authorized, upon request,  to  issue";
10    and

11    on  page  4,  line  29,  after  the  period, by inserting the
12    following:
13    "The Department shall, by rule, establish a schedule of  fees
14    for  certificates  of  free  sale,  health  certificates,  or
15    equivalents.".
