 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2575

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 2575,  AS  AMENDED,
 3    by  replacing  everything  after the enacting clause with the
 4    following:

 5        "Section  5.  The Environmental Impact Fee Law is amended
 6    by changing Section 390 as follows:

 7        (415 ILCS 125/390)
 8        (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2003)
 9        Sec. 390.  Repeal.  This Article is repealed  on  January
10    1, 2013 2003.

12        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
13    becoming law.".
