 1        AN ACT in relation to environmental safety.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.  The Environmental Impact Fee Law is amended
 5    by changing Section 390 as follows:

 6        (415 ILCS 125/390)
 7        (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2003)
 8        Sec. 390.  Repeal.  This Article is repealed  on  January
 9    1, 2013 2003.

11        Section  99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect upon
12    becoming law.
