 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2412

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  2412  on  page  2,
 3    line 21, after "County," by inserting the following:
 4    "or  on  any  land used for a golf course or for recreational
 5    purposes owned  by  the  Forest  Preserve  District  of  Cook
 6    County,  subject  to  the  control  of  the  Forest  Preserve
 7    District  Board  of  Commissioners  and applicable local law,
 8    provided that dram shop liability insurance  is  provided  at
 9    maximum  coverage  limits so as to hold the District harmless
10    from all financial loss, damage, and harm,".
