                                 MOTION

          I move to accept  the  specific  recommendations  of  the
      Governor as to House Bill 2412 in manner and form as follows:
                      AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2412
               IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS
          Amend  House  Bill  2412 on page 3, line 15, by inserting
      after "Soldier Field," the following:
      "not more than one and a half hours before the start  of  the
      game  and  not  after  the  end  of  the third quarter of the
      game,".
