 1                    AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1696

 2        AMENDMENT NO. _______.  Amend House Bill 1696 on page  1,
 3    by replacing lines 21 and 22 with the following:
 4        "4-year degree."; and

 5    on page 1, by replacing line 26 with the following:

 6        "skills  equivalent  to  an intermediate level swimmer.";
 7    and

 8    on page 2, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
 9    "listing, the American Red Cross standards and testing points
10    for  a  skill  level  equivalent  to  an  intermediate  level
11    swimmer.".
