 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1033 on page 3,  by
 3    deleting lines 18 though 30; and

 4    by deleting all of pages 4 and 5; and

 5    on page 6, by deleting lines 1 through 7; and

 6    on  page  6,  line 8, by replacing "Section 20" with "Section
 7    15".
