 1        AN ACT concerning Gulf War Veterans.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  1.   This  Act  may  be  cited  as  the Gulf War
 5    Veterans Act.

 6        Section 5.  Gulf  War  Veterans  Memorial.   A  Gulf  War
 7    Veterans Memorial may be constructed by a private entity on a
 8    portion  of  the  State  property  in  Oak  Ridge Cemetery in
 9    Springfield, Illinois.

10        Section 99. Effective date.  This Act takes  effect  upon
11    becoming law.
