    AN ACT in relation to conservation.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (505 ILCS 35/Art. V rep.)
    Section  5.  The Illinois Conservation Enhancement Act is
amended by repealing Article V.
    Passed in the General Assembly May 29, 2002.
    Approved August 06, 2002.
    Effective January 01, 2003.
