    AN ACT to repeal the Non-Resident Contractor Bond Act.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (815 ILCS 660/Act rep.)
    Section  5.   The  Non-Resident  Contractor  Bond  Act is
repealed.
    Passed in the General Assembly May 16, 2001.
    Approved August 09, 2001.
