    AN ACT concerning nuclear safety.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (110 ILCS 965/Act rep.)
    Section  5.  The  Nuclear Safety Education Assistance Act
is repealed.

    Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
becoming law.
    Passed in the General Assembly May 10, 2001.
    Approved August 03, 2001.
