AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Transportation Law of the |
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding |
Section 2705-627 as follows:

Sec. 2705-627. Local government portal. The Department |
shall establish an online portal that allows units of local |
government to submit forms electronically to the Department. |
The online portal shall provide a tracking feature for the |
submission as well as a point of contact at the Department. |
