AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Department of Human Services Act is amended |
by adding Section 1-100 as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 1305/1-100 new) |
Sec. 1-100. Home and community-based services rate sheet; |
adult residential developmental disability setting. At least |
annually, the Department shall provide each provider of home |
and community-based services an updated, detailed rate sheet |
or rate summary for each funded client served by the provider. |
Additionally, the Department must also, within 60 working days |
of receipt by the Department's Division of Developmental |
Disabilities of any valid completed and correct documentation |
detailing provider-based information to the Department, which |
changes a client's reimbursement rate, issue an updated client |
rate sheet to the provider. |
