AN ACT concerning State government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended by |
adding Section 21 as follows:

(20 ILCS 3105/21 new) |
Sec. 21. Report on planned and ongoing projects. On or |
before July 1, 2026, and every year thereafter, the Capital |
Development Board shall submit a report to the General |
Assembly and the Governor concerning all planned and ongoing |
projects constructed by or under the supervision of the Board. |
