 1                 AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 543

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Resolution 543 on  page
 3    1, line 5, by deleting "an accomplice or"; and

 4    on  page  1,  lines  9,  13,  17,  20, 23, 26, 27, and 29, by
 5    deleting "accomplice or" each time it appears; and

 6    on page 1, line  29,  after  the  period,  by  inserting  the
 7    following:

 8    ""Incarcerated   informant"  means  a  witness  whose  entire
 9    knowledge of the crime stems solely from information obtained
10    from  another   incarcerated   person,   while   incarcerated
11    contemporaneously with the witness.".
