1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of James D. Flach of Warrensburg, Illinois, who passed away
5 on October 5, 2001; and
6 WHEREAS, James D. Flach was born on August 6, 1943 in
7 Warrensburg to Herman and Opal Harbarger Flach; he married
8 Marilyn Koshinski on May 10, 1964 in Decatur; and
9 WHEREAS, Mr. Flach worked as a farmer and operator with
10 Van Horn Sales; and
11 WHEREAS, Mr. Flach was a former member of the 4-H
12 Foundation, the Macon County Farm Bureau, and the 4-H
13 Livestock Committee and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran
14 Church; and
15 WHEREAS, The passing of James D. Flach will be deeply
16 felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his wife,
17 Marilyn; his sons, Brian (wife, Nancy) Flach, Brett (wife,
18 Lynn) Flach and Brent Flach; his grandchildren, Brianne,
19 Travis, Brooke, Chance, Taylor, and Bryce; his brothers,
20 Roger (wife, Nancy) Flach and Lyle (wife, Kathy) Flach; and
21 his sisters, Norma Bell and Ann (husband, Jim) Butcher;
22 therefore, be it
23 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
24 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
25 all who knew him, the death of James D. Flach of Warrensburg,
26 Illinois; and be it further
27 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
28 presented to the family of James D. Flach with our sincere
29 condolences.
