1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Zachary Robert Rabideau, who passed away on May 16, 2001;
5 and
6 WHEREAS, Zachary Robert Rabideau was born on January 14,
7 1987 in Kankakee, Illinois to Robert D. and Kimberly Dawn
8 Marsh Rabideau; and
9 WHEREAS, Zachary Robert Rabideau was an eighth-grader at
10 John L. Nash Middle School in Clifton, Illinois, where he was
11 a member of the student council; and
12 WHEREAS, Zachary Robert Rabideau was a member of St. John
13 the Baptist Catholic Church, L'Erable, where he assisted his
14 mother faithfully as an assistant CCD teacher; he was also a
15 member of the Ashkum Chargers 4-H Club and played baseball
16 for nine years in the Clifton Summer Little League and Pony
17 League programs; in addition, he loved animals and fishing;
18 and
19 WHEREAS, The passing of Zachary Robert Rabideau will be
20 deeply felt by all who knew and loved him, especially his
21 parents, Robert and Kimberly Rabideau; his brothers, Quentin
22 and Alex; his paternal grandfather, Duane Rabideau; his
23 maternal grandparents, Sharon and Marvin Perzec; and his
24 maternal great-grandparents, Jim and Irene Durst; therefore,
25 be it
26 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
27 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
28 all who knew him, the death of Zachary Robert Rabideau of
29 Clifton, Illinois; and be it further
30 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
31 presented to the family of Zachary Robert Rabideau with our
