 1                 AMENDMENT TO SENATE RESOLUTION 147

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Resolution 147 on  page
 3    2, immediately below line 10, by inserting the following:

 4        "RESOLVED,  That  the  study shall include an analysis of
 5    using design-build practices for State construction projects;
 6    and be it further"

 7    and on page 2, by replacing line 13 with the following:

 8    "than May 1, 2002; and be it further".
