1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Josephine H. Mangers of Aurora, Illinois, who recently
5 passed away; and
6 WHEREAS, Josephine Mangers was born in Bristol, Illinois,
7 on April 20, 1923; her parents were the late Herman and Hatti
8 (Schur) Cornils; and
9 WHEREAS, Josephine Mangers was a member of Holy Angels
10 Church, Ladies of the Moose #400, and the Aurora and St.
11 Anne's Society of Holy Angels Church; and
12 WHEREAS, The passing of Josephine Mangers will be deeply
13 felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband of
14 fifty-seven years, Raymond "Ray" Mangers; her children,
15 Dennis L. (wife, Cheryl) Mangers, Robert R. (wife, Sue)
16 Mangers, Donald J. (wife, Lori) Mangers, and Barbara J.
17 (husband, Bruce) Kirstein; her eleven grandchildren; her
18 three great-grandchildren; and her many nieces and nephews;
19 therefore, be it
20 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SECOND GENERAL
21 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
22 her family and friends, the passing of Josephine Mangers of
23 Aurora; and be it further
24 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
25 presented to the family of Josephine Mangers.
