 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2289

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2289, AS  AMENDED,
 3    before   the  beginning  of  Section  99,  by  inserting  the
 4    following:

 5        "(230 ILCS 10/Act rep.)
 6        Section 98.  The Riverboat Gambling Act  is  repealed  on
 7    July 1, 2007.".
