 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2235

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2235  on  page  3,
 3    line 16 by changing "17" to "20"; and

 4    on page 4, line 15 by deleting "and"; and

 5    on page 4, line 17 by changing "." to "; and"; and

 6    on page 4, by inserting after line 17 the following:
 7             "(14)  three  members designated by the Mayor of the
 8        City of Chicago.".
