 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2227

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2227, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 6, line 25, after the period, by inserting the
 5    following:
 6    "The ordinance shall also state that the economic development
 7    project area  shall  not  include  parcels  to  be  used  for
 8    purposes of residential development.".
