 1        AN ACT in relation to conservation.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        (505 ILCS 35/Art. V rep.)
 5        Section  5.  The Illinois Conservation Enhancement Act is
 6    amended by repealing Article V.
