 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2164

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2164 as follows:

 3    on page 2, line 26, after  the  period,  by  inserting  "This
 4    subsection (d-5) does not apply to any bus driver employed by
 5    a public transportation provider.".
