 1        AN ACT in relation to utilities.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:


 4        Be it  enacted  by  the  People  of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 5    represented in the General Assembly:

 6        Section 5.  The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding
 7    Article XIX as follows:

 8        (220 ILCS 5/Art. XIX heading new)
 9             ARTICLE XIX.  RENEWABLE PORTFOLIO STANDARD

10        (220 ILCS 5/19-100 new)
11        Sec. 19-100.  Short title.  This Article may be cited  as
12    the Renewable Portfolio Standard Law.
