 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2069

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2069 as follows:
 3    on page 1, line 30, by replacing  "such"  with  "health  care
 4    professional"; and

 5    on  page  2,  line  1, by replacing "University faculty" with
 6    "adjunct University faculty  who  are  licensed  dentists  or
 7    physicians   licensed   to   practice  medicine  in  all  its
 8    branches".
