1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2067
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2067, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, by replacing line 32 on page 15 and everything in the
5 remainder of Sec. 24, including the source line, with the
6 following:
7 "always appropriated for the purposes of disbursements, as
8 provided in this Act, and shall be paid out and disbursed
9 only as provided herein, and shall not, at any time be
10 appropriated or diverted to any other use or purpose. The
11 Authority shall, with respect to all revenue bonds
12 outstanding as of the effective date of this amendatory Act
13 of the 92nd General Assembly, maintain in a debt service fund
14 an amount equal to 140% of the amount needed to pay annual
15 debt service pursuant to the bonds.
