 1        AN  ACT  to repeal the Illinois Wine and Spirits Industry
 2    Fair Dealing Act of 1999.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        (815 ILCS 725/Act rep.)
 6        Section  5.   The Illinois Wine and Spirits Industry Fair
 7    Dealing Act of 1999 is repealed.

 8        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
 9    becoming law.
