 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2024

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 2024, AS  AMENDED,
 3    with  reference  to  the  page  and  line  numbers  of  House
 4    Amendment  No.  1,  on  page  2,  line 28, by inserting after
 5    "1987" the following:
 6    "on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the
 7    92nd General Assembly"; and

 8    on page 5, line 19, by inserting "(i)" after "for"; and

 9    on page  5,  line  22,  by  inserting  after  "database"  the
10    following:
11    "or (ii) technology validation purposes"; and

12    on page 6, line 19, by deleting "or"; and

13    on page 6, line 20, by replacing "12-15," with "12-15, or".
