 1        AN  ACT to implement the provisions of federal Public Law
 2    107-110.

 3        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section  1.  Short  title.  This  Act may be cited as the
 6    Public Law 107-110 Implementation Act.
