 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1930

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1930 on page 2, by
 3    replacing lines 32 and 33 with the following:
 4    "make a  one-time  transfer  from  any  fund  in  which  tort
 5    immunity  moneys  are  maintained  to  the fund or funds from
 6    which payments to a  joint-self-health-insurance  cooperative
 7    can  be  or  have  been  made  of an amount not to exceed the
 8    amount of the"; and

 9    on page 3, line  1,  before  the  period,  by  inserting  the
10    following:
11    "or  that  the  school  district  paid  within  the  2  years
12    immediately  preceding  the effective date of this amendatory
13    Act of the 92nd General Assembly".
