 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1839  on  page  3,
 3    line   22,   by  changing  "written  explanation"  to  "brief
 4    description"; and

 5    on page 3 by replacing lines 24 and 25 with the following:
 6    "shall be provided upon the issuance of a policy occurring".
