 1                    AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1803

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend Senate Bill 1803 on  page  11,
 3    by  replacing  lines  11 and 12 with "application fee must be
 4    made payable to the  Department  of  Commerce  and  Community
 5    Affairs  for  deposit  into  the  Workforce,  Technology, and
 6    Economic Development Fund. These application  fees  shall  be
 7    used  by  the Department for administrative expenses incurred
 8    under this subsection (B)."; and

 9    on page 17, line 20, by replacing "2001" with "2002".
